Custom Alloy Fuel Tank - Initiation of works

This product listing is for the initiation of Custom Fuel Tank build to customer provided information. 

This information can be accepted in a number of options:

•        CAD design / Overall dimensions, package size allowance or model of part
•        Sketch / We can accept handwritten drawings or alike
•        Sample / OEM unit with adaptions wanted or cardboard sample or alike
•          PVC Pipework built to desired routing or alike

If you do not have any of the above material to work with, please feel free to get in touch with us, we can drawings on your behalf if required. This is a chargeable service.

With regards to Fuel Tank builds, we have done it all here with a huge amount of combined experience and skillset.

• Internal Anti-Surge Fuel Collector 
• Internal Fuel Pump and Mounts
• FIA Approved Roll-over valves
• PRO 22-Bolt Acces plate assemblies
• FIA Approved blue Fuel Foam
• Material grades used
• Bulkhead wiring and pump assembly
• AERO300 or alike fuel filler assemblies and spill trays
• Powder coating services and/or Hand Brushed finishes

Unlike many companies, Pro Alloy are happy to manufacture products to the customer’s specific, individual requirements. During the fabrication process we like to work closely with our clients to help and advice on tolerances, specifications and the design of an individual component. This service can have its challenges for companies, as all the risk is ensuring you get the results for the customer, first time, every time. 

We find there are plenty of smaller Manufacturers who are happy to produce one-off items, but often design, experience, support and after sale experiences fall short... That won't happen with us. We may have all the procedures and standards of a larger company (giving further confidence to our customers) along with all the correct safety regulations whilst still holding the ability of creating complete one-off products, a truly dyeing art.

There is only a small deposit at this stage. Once you make your purchase, we will then contact you for your requirements.

Usual lead time for completion, once we have finalised design with you is around 4-6 weeks. Pending payments received against custom parts.
