Custom Radiator - Initiation of works

This product listing is for the initiation of Custom Radiator build to customer provided information. 

This information can be accepted in a number of options:

·        CAD design / Overall dimensions, package size allowance or model of part

·        Sketch / We can accept handwritten drawings or alike

·        Sample / OEM unit with adaptions wanted or cardboard sample or alike

If you do not have any of the above options to work with, please feel free to get in touch with us, we can create drawings on your behalf if required. This is a chargeable service.

Unlike many companies these days, Pro Alloy are happy to manufacture products to the customer’s specific, individual one-off requirements. During the fabrication process we work closely with our clients to help and advice on tolerances, specifications and the design of an individual component. This service can have its challenges for companies, to ensure you get the results for the customer desires, first time, every time. 

We find there is plenty of smaller Manufacturers who are happy to produce one-off items, but the issue falls when design, experience, support and after sale experiences come into play, that won't happen with us. We may have all the procedures of a larger company (giving further confidence to our customer base) along with all the correct safety regulations whilst still holding the ability of creating complete one-off products, a truly dyeing art.

We build Motorsport Radiators to desired specification, Classic and hi-detail copy Radiators, Lightweight application Radiators, Curved Core Radiators, Tapered Radiators and everything in between.

There is only a small deposit at this stage. Once you make your purchase, we will then contact you for your requirements.

Usual lead time for completion, once we have finalised design with you is around 4-6 weeks. Pending payments received against custom parts.
