Lotus Esprit v8 Twin-Charge Cooler kit

A Twin-Charge Cooler system to allow Esprit V8 owners to benefit hugely on being able to reduce intake temperature on a platform without any current cooling prevision in place, allowing huge potential of power stability and increases where applicable.

• Pro' Charge Cooler cores 2x - 165 x 95mm / 8mm Fin height and 20 FPI - 35 live tubes
• 6x M6 Billet Boss's & Billet Dump Valve Bosses
• 19mm Alloy Tubing runs for Charge Cooler circuit throughout
• Billet mounting pins and 3mm thick mounting brackets with rubber mounting grommets
• All-inclusive m6 and m8 mounting bolts, washers, nuts
• 25mm O.D engine coolant ports to replace OEM engine coolant Tank
• 51mm O.D Charge Cooler boost pipe circuit pipework and inlet & outlet Charge cooler pipes
• Rose Joints to secure centre mount for charge cooler units
• Billet 1-1/2" Charge Cooler Header Tank fill-point
• Laser cut aluminum sheet formed to suit all manufacturing components
• Bayonet-style fill-point on OEM replacement Header Tank with level sensor flange
• 8x Silicone hoses / 51mm joiners and 19mm Joiners to suit Charge Cooler kit
• Powder coat durable finish to all components finished in Satin Black
• All parts pressure tested and QC checked prior to supply

Exclusions:

• Hot-side boost pipes - These parts are not included. Original boost pipes require modifications to suit the new Charge Cooler system when installed due to the Boost pipe run changes heavily. These Charge Pipes are not possible to replicate and require the original units to be modified by a professional
• Pre-Rad and accompanying lines - These parts are not included. Due to multiple variations of Pre-Rad designs and fitment, This cannot be 'standardised' with the Charge Cooler kit. This is however a product we can produce upon individual requests and designs.
• Blow-off Valves - These are not included within the Charge Cooler kit price. These can be supplied upon request of specification desired separate to the Charge Cooler kit
